FOTOGRAFIC STARTUP: TEREZA JOBOVÁ

Tereza Jobová’s photographic series reflect current anxieties and fears about the future, but at the same time they ask with fascinated interest what our apocalypses will probably look like. Tereza creates fictional worlds in which she presents an alternative development of historical events, discovers potential portals to other dimensions or depicts post-apocalyptic visions.

Tereza Jobová (*1996) graduated from the Lukáš Jasanský Studio of Photography at the FUD UJEP in Ústí nad Labem and is now continuing her master’s studies there. So far, she has participated in many group exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad.

FOTOGRAFIC STARTUP is a platform focused on the presentation of works of beginning artists — many of whom are still students — with the aim to become a pivotal point in their career.
