Lois Hechenblaikner – Behind the Mountains

Lois Hechenblaikner (* 1958, Tyrol) is considered a critical observer of changes in the Alpine region. In the Behind the Mountains project, he uses a photographic comparison and, although he focuses on a specific area of the Austrian Alps, he touches on the general and serious issues of the disappearance of the original nature under the onslaught of mass tourism. www.hechenblaikner.at
