In its 5th year, the PLAN 9 festival presents the newest experimental films from all over the world. In several Wednesday nights profiles of selected artists will be presented and composed dramaturgical sets of short experimental films and videos will be shown. Plan 9 is designed for a wide audience. Most of the films will be presented to the Czech audience for the first time.

The profile of works by VŠUP students, with a selection of their best films from the last two years. An interesting insight into the newest animated experimental production of the young generation.

Works presenting both dynamic and static digital pictures. The selection of films of the University J. E. Purkyně. The guarantors of this presentation are M. Thelenová and M. Pěchouček.

ST 15/12 19:30 PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE
A film classic by Ed Wood which bestowed its name to our festi- val. One of the worst films of all times. Poor special film effects and bad actors‘ performances. Millions of fans all around the world!

Independent audiovisual pieces, mix of video to experimental films from world and Czech artists.

A selection of pieces by different filmmakers, graduates or students of FAMU, the newest trends on the field of experimentaůl documentary.
