LISA GROSSKOPF – BEAUTY PHOTO

The conceptual project of the Austrian artist Lisa Grosskopf uses the visuality of classic photo studios, which always depicted only one type of family, masculinity and femininity. Grosskopf creates fictitious window displays of these studios, and by using photographs that capture a much more diverse concept of family and beauty, she literally physically breaks this principle.

Lisa Grosskopf (*1989) graduated from the University of Art and Design in Linz and the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. She exhibited, lectured and performed in many important institutions throughout Europe. www.lisagrosskopf.net
